A Polícia Militar do Paraná (PMPR), através do Batalhão de Polícia de Fronteira (BPFron), em conjunto com agentes da Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF), apreendeu 1,3 tonelada de drogas nesta terça-feira (14). A ação ocorreu após abordagem de uma caminhonete na rodovia PR-323, próximo a Perobal.
Ao todo foi apreendida 1,3 tonelada de maconha, incluindo 18,7 quilos do tipo skunk, e 1,1 quilo de haxixe. Além disso, a caminhonete onde foram encontradas as drogas foi furtada em Minas Gerais.
Segundo a polícia, o condutor afirmou que pegou o veículo já com os entorpecentes em um posto de combustível no município de Mundo Novo, no Mato Grosso do Sul, e levaria as drogas para Umuarama, recebendo o valor de R$ 5 mil pelo transporte.
O motorista, juntamente com o material apreendido, foi encaminhado para a 7ª Subdivisão Policial de Umuarama, para providências cabíveis.
